The term nonprofit refers to organizations that are neither for-profit businesses nor government agencies.  Graduates of master’s non-profit management will be prepared for careers as project/program managers, administrative services specialists, economic development specialists, and eventually (with applicable experience) executive director, economic development director, city manager, chief administrative officer or county manager.  Bachelor of science in nonprofit management is an excellent program for those individuals who are looking to develop a well-rounded understanding of the various business related aspects that are needed to manage any Non-Profit Organization.  The salary range for individuals working with a Non-Profit organization is quite broad, and can range from $10,000.00 - $70,000.00 depending on the organization, the individual's position, their amount of experience, and their level of education.
