Students who are interested in obtaining a business degree can benefit from scholarship programs established for enrolling in these programs. By taking advantage of these opportunities, future degree holders can further their education while receiving financial assistance to pay for school.
In order to encourage students to enroll in these undergraduate and graduate programs, the New England College of Business (NECB) has announced the availability of the Your New Tomorrow scholarship program. Students are invited to apply for one of the full-tuition scholarships that are made available through this opportunity.
Applicants who are chosen to receive the financial aid awards can specialize in one of the several the NECB offerings, including the associates or bachelors degree in business administration as well as the masters programs in finance or business ethics and compliance.
Howard Horton, president of NECB, stated that "many individuals are ready and determined to continue their education but face constantly increasing tuition at most private colleges." He added that "we believe institutions need to make a commitment to make higher education more affordable, and we do this every day at New England College of Business - and for one deserving student, this will be an amazing scholarship opportunity."
In 2008, the average salaries for MBA degree holders ranged from $73,510 to $171,583, depending on the field, position and years of experience, PayScale.com reports.
